INTRO
This won't be my first day to start my dieting. I just went out to shop and picked few items to help me in my own program.I had myself an AB rocket and a twister pad. Because I have work my exercise will be limited to 3x a week,
My sister gave me a list of things to remember; and I want to share it with you.
1. Limit your carbohydrates intake ( rice, bread, flour, chips).
2. Eat only two meals per day if possible.
3. Measure your rice, 1/2 cup only per meal.
4. Limit your salt intake, anything salty will stimulate your appetite.
5. Limit your sugar intake ( ice cream, candy, sweets).
6. Limit your meat intake. Eat only fish.
7. Do not eat pork fat or chicken skin. Beef meat also contains lots of fat. Stay away from them.
8. Eat lots of vegetable and eat fruits in moderation.
9. Stay away from juice and soft drink. They contain lots of sugar. From now on just drink water only.
10. Buy skyflakes. Store some in your bag and in your room. Eat it in case you get hungry.
11. Stay away from chips or any form of snacks. From now on your diet consist of small meal plus NO SNACKS.
12. Have a food diary or journal. Jot down all the foods you eat from the day and evaluate it every evening.
13. Be active. Don't sit in front of PC, or t.v. Have something to do.
14. Refrain from cooking. Cooking will temp you to eat.
15. If you really want to taste the food, have a bite and go outside right away. Walk a bit. Keep in mind you goal is to loose weight 20 pounds or more.
16. Exercise, do push up. Decorate your room or better yet clean the house. Sweat will help you loose weight.
17. If your in the computer, research on how to loose weight NATURALLY.
18. Walk for 30 minutes per day. Walk 10. Walking looses the fat in your legs and tummy. Plus it promotes self esteem and walking releases stress. Believe me..my legs shrunk and got firmed with walking 1 hour per day in 6 months.
19. Before others can take care of you, you have to take good care of your self first. It means loose weight, eat healthy foods and exercise.
20. You can do it. Don't loose hope. Remember there is always pot of gold in every rainbow AFTER A STORM.

HELLO EVERYONE! ^_^
what to start? uhmm.
I have made this blog to keep me focus and motivated with my dieting. I am a 24 year old young lady who is tired of feeling inferior because I am PHAT. Heavy and thick weighing 160 lbs a height of 5 ft. 2 inches. I hate Being mocked by most people I get to meet. It came to my senses today. Starting today I have to lose weight. I will be posting here the things that I do and foods that I will be chopping (wink*) to keep me on track. So if you feel the same, just read freely. Let's see ho will I lose in a month or so.
